Join us for a free class! Select a class location and date that interests you and you can either enroll before hand, or just show up and we can help you get signed in.
All you need is a stroller, water, a mat/towel for ground work, and yourself. Our instructors always carry extra resistance bands, and you will receive your own set when you sign up as a member.
We also recommend that you bring toys, books, and snacks for your kiddos.
We recommend waiting until you have medical clearance from your physician (normally this is 6 weeks postpartum). Babies can take classes up to any age so long as they still enjoy a ride in the stroller and can be safely buckled in. Always get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.
Yes! For the safety of everyone, your child must remain in his/her stroller for the duration of class.
If your child is crying or misbehaving, know that you aren't alone. From time to time all children get restless during class. Your instructors will try to maintain a fun atmosphere for your children with songs, games, and movement. Remember, this is an atmosphere where children are WELCOME (even crying children)!
Don't worry! We provide modifications for every exercise. We all start somewhere, and there's no better place to feel safe and welcome than with Stroller Strides!

No. This class is for women 18 and up without children present.
No. This workout is not intended for pre-natal exercise and we do not recommend following the meal plans during pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the course of your Body Back session, please notify your instructor. We offer Fit4Baby and Stroller Strides as appropriate pre-natal exercise programs.
Body Back has 3 formats: Rounds, Traveling and Circuit. Each is a High Intensity Interval Training class with a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core. This method (HIIT) is proven to yield the best results and the highest afterburn of calories.
