Always obtain your care provider's approval before beginning any exercise routine. Unless you have a medical condition that limits you, your care provider will typically give the thumbs up at 6 weeks postpartum. We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise through their pregnancy as long as everything has been approved by their care provider. Instructors are trained in both pre- and post-natal fitness and follow the ACOG guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses an issue as you progress through your pregnancy.

These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling fit and energized! Classes are designed for ALL fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. During our stations we use resistance bands, open fields for drills or obstacles, benches or steps, and anything in the environment to give you a great workout!
Our first priority is the happiness of your baby. Because we stop in regular intervals for body toning, you can always catch up with us if you fall behind. If your baby ever fusses so much that you miss the majority of class, we will be happy to credit you another class. Our instructors will do their very best to make class enjoyable. Remember: we are all moms and have all been there!
We know your kids often want to get out of the stroller and join in the class, but we ask you to keep your children in the stroller. Their safety is our biggest priority!
