Walk in the front and into the gym on the left. We meet on the far half of the gym. You do not need to be a MAC member to attend our class here but you do need a membership to play on the half of the gym that hosts "toddler time" after class if you plan to stay.
Please bring your baby in their stroller, water, a mat, and wear comfy workout clothes!
